6-Week Nutrition Challenge October 10th - November 21st
You'll receive ongoing support from Nutritional Coach Emily and the Arbor community throughout the challenge.

The six week challenge will encompass all aspects of nutrition and health. The goal is for you to feel your absolute best inside and outside the gym. With the timing of the challenge, we want to help you develop healthy habits leading into the holiday season to avoid that sneaky "winter bulge". 

Week 1 October 10th - 16th:  Focus on protein
Week 2 October 17th - 23rd:  Try new recipes
Week 3 October 24th - 30th:  Avoid added sugar
Week 4 October 31st - November 6th: Avoid processed foods/fast food
Week 5 November 7th - 13th: Prepare meals at home
Sleep 6 November 14th - 21st: Hydration

Each week you'll receive specific details about the nutrition topic so you know what to focus on to earn points. The nutrition topics build on each other throughout the challenge.

During the challenge, in addition to focusing on nutrition, you will need to attend Arbor 3x/wk, aim for 7+ hours of sleep a night (or work on a bedtime routine if you struggle with sleep), and work on stress management 5x/wk (meditate, self-care practice, go for a walk, read a book, massage, etc..

Progress will be tracked via a points system. For example, if you cook at home for an entire week, you'll earn 7 points that week.

A grand prize valued at over $500 will be awarded to the winner at the end of the challenge. It includes a $200 nutrition, coaching credit with Nutritional Coach Emily and a gift-able 5 class pass!

Arbor CrossFit Kids is designed for kids ages 6-9 and will help them develop a lifelong love of fitness.  The program consists of constantly varied workouts with a big emphasis on FUN. Burn energy, build strength and set your child up for a lifetime of healthy habits in this group class, programmed with light weights, body movements. We adjust and scale every movement based on the ability of each individual child, while encouraging progress and teaching new skills

Masters 65+ CrossFit
Masters 65+ CrossFit  Class- Mondays & Thursdays at 10am - 11am
This class will help increase mobility, build strength and join a fun community of supporters, encouraging peers, while getting a great workout in this group class tailored for individuals 65 years and older.

The coaches will adjust and scale every movement based on the ability of each individual, while measuring progress and teaching new skills.

Pre-Teens CrossFit  is designed to help your tween develop a stronger, healthier and  more successful relationship with fitness and health.

The curriculum emphasis proper body mechanics. As the athlete progresses, so do the workouts and movements. Along with your tween building up their physical body we see positive changes in their character, confidence, leadership, and integrity. These positive changes translate into better classroom performance and increased overall health and wellness.
