Kids CrossFit (Auto-Renew)
Arbor CrossFit Kids is designed for kids ages 6-8 and will help them develop a lifelong love of fitness.  The program consists of constantly varied workouts with a big emphasis on FUN. Burn energy, build strength and set your child up for a lifetime of healthy habits in this group class, programmed with light weights, body movements. We adjust and scale every movement based on the ability of each individual child, while encouraging progress and teaching new skills

Masters 65+ CrossFit (Auto-renew)
Masters 65+ CrossFit  Class: Mondays and Thursdays at 10am.

This class will help increase mobility, build strength and join a fun community of supporters, encouraging peers, while getting a great workout in this group class tailored for individuals 65 years and older.

The coaches will adjust and scale every movement based on the ability of each individual, while measuring progress and teaching new skills.

Olympic Weightlifting
This six-week Olympic weightlifting cycle will focus on developing technique and creating a strong lifter.

Pre-Teens CrossFit (Auto-Renew)
Pre-Teens CrossFit  is designed to help your tween develop a stronger, healthier and  more successful relationship with fitness and health.

The curriculum emphasis proper body mechanics. As the athlete progresses, so do the workouts and movements. Along with your tween building up their physical body we see positive changes in their character, confidence, leadership, and integrity. These positive changes translate into better classroom performance and increased overall health and wellness.
