Please note that it is not possible to freeze or hold any auto-renew membership with a duration of less than 30 days, whether it’s on a monthly or weekly basis. If you anticipate commitments such as school, travel, or extended periods away, we recommend exploring our 3, 6, or 12-month memberships, which offer the option for a freeze. Do keep in mind that limitations apply based on the commitment duration.

In this group class, your child will have the opportunity to expend energy, enhance their physical strength, and establish the foundation for a lifetime of healthy habits.

Our curriculum includes a variety of activities that incorporate light weights and body movements. It's important to note that we customize and adapt each movement to suit the unique abilities of every child, always encouraging progress and imparting new skills along the way.

Our program places a strong focus on teaching proper body mechanics. As your young athlete advances, the complexity of workouts and movements evolves accordingly. Seniors 65+ CrossFit  Class: Mondays and Thursdays at 10am.

Arbor CrossFit's Senior Class provides a full-body workout that can help every senior stay strong and active. This class will help increase mobility, build strength and join a fun community of supporters, encouraging peers, while getting a great workout in this group class tailored for individuals 65 years and older.

The coaches will adjust and scale every movement based on the ability of each individual, while measuring progress and teaching new skills.
